Types of Steak Cuts
Any kind of meat that can be cooked quickly can be used here, although it’s best that you don’t use slow-cooked or casserole-style meats. This refers to the top, non-worked portions of the cow for meat such as sirloin, rump, and fillet.

Steak Pizza Instructions
1. Preheat The Oven
Set racks in the top and bottom thirds of the oven and preheat to 500 degrees.
Roll out one dough half into a 14-inch oval on a board that has been gently dusted with flour.
Place the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and brush with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Repeat with the second half of the dough.
Bake for 14 minutes or until crusts are puffy and golden brown, turning sheets halfway through and if necessary piercing big air bubbles with a knife.

2. Cook Steak
On both sides, season the steak medallions with salt and black pepper. On a big skillet with high heat, add some olive oil.
Add the steaks and heat for 2 minutes on each side, add garlic, and wait for the steaks to be browned.
Keeping in mind that the doneness of your steak may depend on the cooking time of your steak cuts.
For rare steaks = ½ minute on each side.
For medium-rare steaks = 2 minutes on each side.
For medium steaks = 3 minutes on each side.
After cooking your steak, place it on a platter, and keep the oil in the skillet.
3. Adding Ingredients
In a skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil over medium heat.
Season with salt and pepper and add the onion and bell peppers (or any other veggies you wish to add).
For approximately 5 minutes, stir periodically until the vegetables (red pepper, mushrooms, onion, and green bell pepper) start to soften.
Remove from the heat once soft and golden brown.
4. Making & Baking Steak Pizza
